

Susan began her career as an elementary school teacher and then a pharmaceutical sales manager. After starting a family, Susan opened her own marketing and consulting firm, where she had contracts with many large providers, most notably a 20-year marketing contract with Rogers Communications. With almost 50 years' experience in sales and marketing, Susan is well positioned to oversee the creation and implementation of strategic growth plans for small-, medium-, and large-sized companies looking to scale without compromising service levels.
Susan has a deep love for interior design, travel, and her five grandchildren, who lovingly refer to her as "mamma." She enjoys gardening, swimming, and rolling her eyes at her husband's inappropriate jokes.

After attending Laurier University for Business, Saja began her career in corporate finance, creating and implementing strategic plans for inventory, revenue growth, and cost management. After a decade in that realm, Saja transitioned from corporate to individual finance, becoming a mortgage agent, approaching nearly fifteen years in the mortgage industry. She has a keen eye numbers and excels in delivering profit-driven, actionable plans for maximizing revenue while limiting expenses - all while supporting customer satisfaction.
In her leisure time, Saja teaches fitness classes at Goodlife. She has a passion for personal growth and loves supporting her group fitness class members in reaching their goals. With two children in high school, she is also a professional chauffeur and rolls her eyes far better than Susan ever will.

With a degree in marketing, Katie began her career as the owner and operator of a beauty clinic. As a beauty service provider herself, she gathered a collective of beauty professionals to provide a one-stop-shop for services, all the while helping the professionals at her beauty clinic with their growth and marketing goals. Over time, Katie transitioned to digital marketing, automations, and corporate strategy, using cutting-edge technology to support her clients' growth plans. Understanding that technology is the way forward when it comes to strategic business growth, Katie provides invaluable knowledge and expertise in the area, ensuring that our clients have the latest and greatest technology and related services at their disposal.
Katie began her education through athletics, securing a hockey scholarship in upstate New York. She is regimented about her workout schedule, believing that her commitment to physical health is the catalyst for her tenacity and determination in all areas of her life. She also enjoys skiing, lazy cottage days, and trying new recipes, even if she consistently burns them.
